Hi,

because Amazon changed their API (see the Announcement at developer.amazonwebservices.com/connect/ann.jspa?annID=476) the Component isn't working anymore since a few hours.

Could you provide a patch for existing installs? At the URL above is a description what they changed (now only Signed Requests are accepted).

I generated at aws-portal.amazon.com a Secret Access Key and created a new Certificate File. But the component gives this error (when trying to add a new media)

SOAP Fault: (faultcode: aws:Client.MissingParameter, faultstring: The request must contain the parameter Signature.)

Hi,

Amazon announced that they will change the Service for Testing on 10th August for a few hours. Now it is working for me too, the Test is over and i got the API Error as described.

But they will turn on their changes on 15th August.

So there are only 4 days left to find a solution, otherwise the component(s) will not working anymore.

The Frontpage isn't/wasn't affected, but in the Backend we will not fetch or add medias anymore.

Best Regards.

I changed code, it now work but I can't show it public, I need some site with that error for test.

If you say for me yours version MediaLibrary - I will send that code for you. But I can't give any guaranty - because can't check.

With respect

Hello,

Just wondering when the new code or patch for amazon's api change will be available. I am unable to add new media to component.

Is this still in the works,

Thank you.
