MediaLibary Component Support

Good day Dear All,
Please I happened to have downloaded a free Delta Theme for Drupal 7. All recommended modules were install but media button was not reactive (unable to check),
I further get this error message;

Theme requires that module Libraries, Media installed. Please read Doc.

Please install library /sites/all/libraries/jquery.fancybox.js More deatil in Doc.

please can someone help me out with this problem? or how to go about it.
