MediaLibary Component Support

Hello and good day.

I am getting the following error when I have medialibrary install with JComments installed.

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class mosDBTable in /html/joomla/plugins/system/legacy/dbtable.php on line 131

When I uninstall JComments, medialibrary works without error. I can also run Joomla in Legacy mode with both JComments and medialibrary running at the same time without problem. But I would like to not run joomla in legacy mode.

It would appear that there is a conflict with the two components. Is there a known fix for this?
