OrdaSoft template Support

Hi,

i didnt find a suitable location to post this pre-sales question so feel free to move it if needed.

I have two questions if i may ask regarding templates before i buy.

1.In which framework (if any) are the templates based to?
2.Are there any manuals in case i would like to modify them a bit ?

If i become a Standard member as i understand i have access to all plugins ,right?

If yes which access level do i have to the plugins? PRO or PRO package (which are described here : ordasoft.com/Real-Estate-Manager-Softwar...ate_Manager_Editions )

Is there a time limit for upgrades and support if i buy a PRO or PRO package for a plugin?

As you can see i am confused about the differences between becoming a member OR just buy PRO or PRO package.If there is a link explaining the differences please write it so i can read more.

for take access to all Plugins - you need ordasoft developer member ship

ordasoft standard member ship have access to all Joomla templates and all extensions what will use in that template creation
(if other not wrote in self template)
