OrdaSoft template Support

Hi,

I had to write this topic in this section because I simply didn't know where to place it and couldn't find any similar section.

I have many complaints on Ordasoft template support because I have send from 10-15 e-mails in regard to solving issues on template I bought from this company and I received mostly partly answers on about 60% e-mails. Rest (40%) I never received reply! Template is named Underground Metro UI.

I have very good experiences with other companies I bought Joomla template which have one superb service - Chat! I have payed same amount of money to Ordasoft as I did to other companies and all I got from Ordasoft is slow answers, no chat option and bellow average support!

I am sorry but I work as web and graphic designer for last 10 years and I had to write this all down. I truly hope you will get better in time.

Well I have a similar complaint. I purchased a Standard Membership $90 and a Vehicle Manager Pro Package $56 at the same time. I received an email with links to Vechicle Manager Downloads. But nothing regarding the Template Download. The Template Download Section doesn't show anything available either.

Even Though I am Logged In the downloads section shows the following:

I need the OS Vehicle Park Template ASAP. PLEASE HELP?????
