OrdaSoft template Support

I'm trying to install your Joomla Template Motor Homes3 in the webnet101/motor folder (public_html/motor)

As a matter of fact no matter what Ordasoft template I try to install I get this error message.


Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /motor/installation/index.php on this server.
Server unable to read htaccess file, denying access to be safe

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.



My ftp account is ftp

username: 82173654
Password: 4131Colorado


again, it's in the folder; public_html/motor

can you provide some information about your directory permissions?
Backend > Site Menu > System Information > Directory Permissions
Please provide the status of the directories.

All must be writable.


Meanwhile I would like to recommend you to contact your host and ask them if they have any security rules that might be the cause of the blocking. (Ask for mod_security and they will hopefully know what you are asking for.)


It is not problem of template, it is problem of server.

Try to install Motor_Homes on localhost.
