OrdaSoft template Support

Hi,

Could anyone tell me how to install the OS Underground (and a few others such as the Aurora and Delta templates) "QuickStart" (and even the normal template via joomla extension manager) as these particular templates do not seem to install. Every other Template installs fine but the ones mentioned above all fail to install be it via QuickStart or just normal upload install via Joomla 3x install manager.

I have emailed Ordasoft but no feedback yet so if someone here knows what is wrong that would be appreciated.

Thanks for the forum update but I have checked my Yahoo email and could not see any recent email from you. Could you kindly re-send the reply you said you sent earlier again hopefully this time it will arrive (I also checked the spam nothing there) as those templates mentioned not installing via "QuickStart" are the actual ones that are of interest to me so I would like to get them (atleast "underground and Aurora" installed soonest.

Dear Roman,

It seems something must be wrong with my Yahoo email as I have again checked just now and earlier and "still" nothing (apart form advertising from the likes of Amazon" is coming into my inbox.
