Hi.

Using Real Estate November.
Is it possible to make the main menu stay always on top of screen when scrolling down ?

Hello

The top menu - is feature not from Joomla Real Estate component - this feature of Template.

Best if you select Joomla template - where already menu a top and fixed when you scroll - other: need change template style, need do a lot check how this will work in any browsers and any devices...
