OrdaSoft template Support

Hey.

So I've logged in to my /wp-admin and saw some notifications about updates that await. It was Photo Gallery plugin and the template intself / motive.

My site looked almost like yours from demo:

Just without these two sections with orange and green background (Our Services and Who We Are) - ofcourse with my pictures and texts. I can do this again, it wasnt that huge effort, but still maybe you can somehow fix it? I mean - you could check your last updates of the template and Photo Gallery plugin to see if there's something that crushes everything else.

We do new Install Photographer wordpress theme
After we updated WordPress and plugins - and for us all good.

I think you have some errors at update time, because of that you see these errors

VERY important:
Please 2 times per month do Backup, If you can, please do this more often !
Before ANY update - do Backup. Or check "Have you recently website backup"?!
With that you forecast 99% your website errors

In your case I may propose:
1. Install to website yours last backup. (if you not have it, please install our Photographer Wordpress QuickStart)
2. Updated WordPress to last version
3 Add yours changes and check how all work

VERY important: no need do every update which you see, Only security !
When programmer do update - they fix some errors, but they add new errors. If for you all work good - please think: need you this update or not ?!

Hi.

So now I can clearly see, after deleting my whole website and trying to set it up again and again, that update of that Photographer Template makes that problem.

Everytime I use my quickstart install of Photographer - works fine.
Then I am updating Wordpress itselg - works fine.
A few plugins ask for updating (Gallery, Contact Form, Duplicator, so on) - works fine.
Photographer Template asks for updating - after updating everything is twisted and collapses.

Isn't it a little weird to advice to not to make any updates other than security ones? I mean - does it mean I shouldn't count on any upgrades of my template? And the template itself is so unstable that I shouldn't also update any plugins and use old ones? Sure but don't you think its not the way to deal with something that you actually sell? )

Its ok, I will work it out and I am very happy about you responding to me eveytime and quite quickly. I honestly appriciate it and I am thankful Just thinking out loud.
