OrdaSoft template Support

Hi guys.

First of all it's so great to see an old-fashioned board here. Missed it.

So I've bought a Photographer Wordpress quickstart.
My server is ready, database is ready so I've copied installer.php with quickstart package and I've installed everything correctly.

After logging in as an admin I've tried to update everything.
Unfortunately I couldnt update Wordpress itself because it says that my PHP version is too old which is false because I am sure that PHP on my server is 8.0 while on the dashboard of the site it says that it's 5.4.45.

You cannot update because WordPress 6.4.3 requires PHP version 7.0.0 or higher. You are running version 5.4.45.

So I've tried to change my PHP on the server to lower (7.4) but nothing changed.

I've also thought that the problem may be that I've deleted files from my server including .ovhconfig.php which says about the PHP version so I've restored it but then the installation process won't finish with error:

server code: 500
status: error
response:

I've tried a lot of times, installing again and again, restoring, clearing or making a new database and so on - nothing worked so far.


Also when I install the quickstart it looks a little weird, has a lot of notifications in control panel about waiting updates (both for wordpress itself and plugins).

As you already know I can't update my wordpress (and I would love to because my server has no problems with that) but also when I try to update the plugins, the whole site crashes giving me again the "error 500".

It's just with this template. What's wrong?
Can you help me out with that? If not I'd like to get my money back since it doesn't work in any way.

Can't wait to receive the updated version. Meanwhile I will delete all the files from my server and will leave just the files left from my host in my root directory.

Hey.

So first of all - thank you for helping me out last time and sending me fix theme.

Everything was ok (although managing the page wasn't too comfortable but I guess that just the beauty of this theme) until today when I have noticed that in my control panel there was a notification about update for that theme. So I've updated it and suddenly my whole page looks like a one, huge mess:

Could you help me out please? I mean what is wrong with that theme? Or maybe you could just send me the updated, fully turned on and working, quickstrart version of this theme? I am fighting with it a lot and it still is not too friendly for user in my opinion. But now I feel helpless and I am afraid that I will have to set it up again from the beginning with a theme that is so problematic all the time
