Hello,
The problem was in languages, we set up back English Language for virtuemart (Joomla Admin -> Components -> VirtueMart -> Configuration -> Languages Settings)
The situation in next when you select another language, Virtuemart don't show products and categories which was added on English
So, you need select French and add new categories and products on French
I hope I was clear,
