please check real estate manager component setting, and check options permitted for upload image file extensions
RealEstateManager : Settings - Administrator Settings:

Extension Options:
Edocument:
Images:


In images field you must add format: jpg

Hi Admin, thank you for your answer. JPG is already set in Settings -

The Google map could also not be displayed - i tried to replace the API in the documents - without success -.is it possible to make a own Google API?

1) About image format - try rename image from 001.jpg to test.jpg for example.

2. Map issue - in your case problem not in map, but in location of house, You need set location during adding house - please follow attached image.

3. By default we use our API, but you can change it follow Google documentation
developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/get-api-key
