Joomla Real Estate

I installed REM without any issues, reinstalled it, uninstalled and reinstalled again, this just won't go away and it's all I get.

Fatal error: Class 'JFactory' not found in /var/www/vhosts/geckotail.net/realthaicity.co...storage/database.php on line 71

I'm eager to try out your software but this is stopping me cold and I really need to get some sort of real estate system going quick on this project!

I can't seem to find a basic explanation of what this error means.. so.. Any thoughts?

Sorry I not found in yours error place any "JFactory" class !

Please describe what version Real Estate manager you use ?
What version Joomla - you use ?
What I need do for reproduce yours error ?

I'm using the newest version of Joomla, 2.5.6 I think it is, and the newest version of your software, I just downloaded it the other day, com_realestatemanager_2_3_free_2012_07_25.zip

If I knew what you had to do to reproduce my error I'd have it fixed!

It happens for everything, the whole RealEstateManager menu, Settings, About, Houses, Categories, everything. Whenever I try to view any of those it gives me that error, I can't even use it at all.
