VehicleManager component support

I have searched the forum for information on how to modify the vehicle types displayed - basically I need to change the word 'sedan' to 'saloon'. (All the posts I found are for earlier versions of Joomla.) Here's what I want to change:



I have spent some considerable time looking at the files and have only managed to find two that I can see contain the word 'sedan':

line 65 in vehiclemanager.class.php

and

line 494 in /lang/English.php

There must be something else as the display has not changed - what am I missing please?

Now some like that cjhange in Vehicle manager - you need do with help Vehicle manager lang tab,

Please search in it values like "sedan,convertible,coupe.... " and replace

Thanks for your response. I am sorry I was not more explicit in my question - I have modified the string in the file I presume you mean (lang/English.php, line 494):

I also modified the line I mentioned (65) in vehiclemanager.class.php:

BUT these changes have NOT appeared in the Component (please note I have cleared all caches and the issue is the same using Firefox, Chrome and Safari):



and that is my problem.

What other actions should I take?
