I would get the package for French Vehicle Manager V1.0 Basic.
How to install this package because I tried with the file French-e25450e8d69802ba7dc82a684865400b.zip I found on this forum but with the installation, I receive the following message "Error: Could not find an XML setup in this pack! " ... thank you for your help

Hi,

When you want add some language to ours product. you need install ours component, next you need instal wish language for Joomla, set it as default language, next you need took language pack and unzip language to folder {yours site}/components/com_vehiclemanager/language/

and you will have ours component translated to that language
