Hello,
I would like to know how I can change the EUR currency displayed on the front end to display "Euro".
I checked the Admin Settings page. But changing the EUR=0 to Euro=0 didn't work.
I can't find any other place to edit this.

Hello again 
I found this works by changing the name in Settings >> Currency but only when effectively filling out the Price Format field.
And then re-saving the cars.

Hello,
Yes, to change Currency you need go to admin area
Vehicle Manager :: Settings - Administrator Settings - Price Options - Currency.
and then re-saving the cars to get new Currency.
