Joomla Gallery Support

When I use gallery layout: "default" I add different categories. Then I put them in a custom module with {os-gal-1}, set them in a position and then added them to a menu item. I click the menu and I see the images (category 1).
They show up and it starts with the first category. And I have also category 2 and 3 above the images. I can click these categories. But I cannot go back to category 1. There is no button for that above the images. see screenshot.

What do I do wrong?

solved. I removed the first category and added it again. The layout was ok then.

I also have the same question because I am trying to understand how the gallery layout handles multiple categories when they are displayed through a custom module and connected to a menu item. From what you described, the images from category 1 appear correctly when you open the menu item, and categories 2 and 3 are available to select above the images. However, once you switch to another category, there does not seem to be a way to return to category 1 because its button is missing. It sounds like the initial category is being loaded as the default, but it is not being displayed as a selectable option afterward.
