Please read my question carefully. I´ve navigated the whole site without information on how to install ONLY a template (without Quickstart)

Hello, Alfredo

How to install Joomla Templates
1. Step 1. Login to your Joomla Admin area > Extensions > Template manager
2. Step 2. Select the template you want assign and сlick the EDIT button.
3. Step 3. Change the Menus option to Select from List and select the menu item(s) to assign the tamplate to, then click Save
4. Step 4. Let's go to the front end and see how it looks. Click the menu item the template was assign to.

Look also our documentation

Installing Joomla Template via Extension manager doesn't include sample date. You will need by your self to install and configure all extensions.

If you have other questions, please ask.

Thanks,
Taras

Hi. I'm unable to do that because any template "installed" is shown (freeestate_joomla_v2).
Note freeestate_joomla_v2 is shown in templates folder (and sub folders).

Also I've got an error after installing Joomla:
1054 Unknown column 'extra_query' in 'field list' SQL=SELECT DISTINCT update_site_id, type, location, last_check_timestamp, extra_query FROM n7uf4_update_sites WHERE enabled = 1

Hello, Alfredo

It is a Database issue and probably it is cause Database, by any module or plugin which comes default with Joomla.
It is not problem of our template. Try Go Extension Manager --> database --> click "fix" that will resolve this probably.

If you have other questions, please ask.

Thanks,
Taras
