please advise how we can allow a new user to upload or change the properties listing without opening administrator ( OR, login through website and change directly through web page ) i have attched screen shot of the form which we need to allow a new user to use directly through website without entering the administrator panel

You can edit house from frontend in pro (paid) templates and component (Real Estate Manager -
Joomla Real Estate Component)

From frontend area of real estate website builder the users are allowed to add properties, description of property, add photos, amenities, set the address of house on the map, upload eDocuments, videos and more. The agents or brokers are also able to add, edit properties, accept or decline rent requests.
