Advertisement Board component Support

Today i have download the com_advertisementboard_FREE_2_1_2011_12_12 and translate it to arabic but there is words i do not know the exact meaninig like :efile or what is meant by the word is it means file ?
and the the number of efiles is it the number or the the size of file in bye ?

sorry for inconvenience but i need it because the arabic has many word seem the same but different by the mean .

efile - mean electronic file - that some file - what you may attach to ads

Number file - that file quantity
also there are exist file size
