Advertisement Board component Support

Hi i've just purchase your ads board pro n when adding ads in the front end i couldn't find a way to upload picture directly from my computer instead of using joomla gallery as it's meant to be private n not meant for members ,

2nd is it possible to include an image uploader to let user directly upload through it ?

3rd can i remove the author n url option from my front end ? as i don't need that..
