Advertisement Board component Support

Hi i have downloaded the component advertisementboard free, when i come to upload "Add new file"," Add new image" and the "Authors" do not work.(front end) their are only 2 options in the settings backend they are "Set efiles upload folder" and "et eimages upload folder:" i really like this component and would buy pro version but i need to see this working properly can you help please

Hello Garry,

That must work. For me that work. Please check "Error console" in firefox, and try turn off all 3 part core plugins.

Authors - fill automatically from login user, so you can't change that.

What version you use ?

If all before not help, please send admin access to yours site and we will check where error

Impossible fix error in some code what you send. Site has in self very many files, + database, + yours site httpd server configuration, + yours PHP configuration +......
That all may have sens for check and error fix

In yours case, I think most important check - what I wrote in post before.

For resolve issue we need admin access to yours site, You may send it with help OrdaSoft support form. But again we will fix issues - if error in ours component, if error in yors site setting or yours template - we only show for you where error - and you fill self fix that or hire us or hire some body other.

Sorry, we self fix free errors only in ours products.
