Advertisement Board component Support

Hello,
I have just bought your extension and I can't create subcatecories . My question is, why do you write, even in your free version, category and sub-category? You can see the image.
With no subcategories your extension is useless forme,so I would like my money back if there is no solution.

True say not know what reply to you

In some thing you right in some thing not.
We special have free version, where every can check component, and see how it work. So you may check that before buy.
Also ours component Open source - so we can't stop license for you.

But there are - yes "subcategory not exist". They not exist because as me seem, subcategories not useful for this component. There are not exist interface for sub categories show, all what user see - ADS from some categories or from all category (as admin wish)

I don't understand very well what you say in your message.
YOu say " subcategories not useful for this component". How can you say this about an adds component? At least one subcategory is necessary. Farther more, I cannot translate the component with any traslation component.
You didn't give any solution. What I know is that you have charged me money for something useless and you don't refund to me.

In Advertisement board you may create so many categories as you wish. You need go to Ads category manager for that.

For translate ours component to any language, for that you need:
- you need install wish language to Joomla,
- you need go to folder
{yours site}/components/com_advertisementboard/language/
check exist there are file with yours language. If not exist you need create it, name it to "yours language name" .
After that every time when you do language switch - you will take ours component on that language

subcategory is necessary
There are not exist any features connected with subcategories

Before any Pro version buy, you was need check free version, but because on site YES - existed description about "subcatogories support" for money refund please write to OrdaSoft support form

I can sympathise with you regarding the stupid replies you get from Ordasoft support. They stated in an earler reply to your question that they supply the "Free" version so you can test all the functions of the software. I had a problem and could not install it, despite trying to install on TWO different servers, using TWO different URL's I asked them for help, they refused said to post on the forum. The replies I got?? Sweet nothing!! These people should be excluded from the Joomla Extensions List and I shall be making considerable noise on the subject in the coming weeks.
