BookLibary Component Support

Hello,

I'm just now trying out BL and don't yet seem to have the hang of it. I've set a test site at ccchesstest.cumberlandcountychess.org/

Under the library menu, the last option is search a category. If you click on a category and then a book and press the lend option and complete the form, no email is sent, even when I approve the loan. I have a valid email address in the Joomla global configuration. What do I need to configure to get an email sent to not only the user, but also to the administrator so we know someone wants to check out a book?
