Hi ,
the version is v 2.1 Basic
I add the image in de component, when i add a book, or want to edit a book.
with upload picture
If i use picture url, I still do not see a picture, but i see the text cover

Hello,
sorry, for me that work good.
If you wish add book URL - you need add full URL to images with "" part
If that continue not work - please send admin and FTP access to ours soft contact form and we will check where error
