Hi,
Sorry, not see any attachment
When attach some file please press image [file] - together with button "Browse.." - that connect yours file with forum post.

I saved the xml file to txt file and attached it

In Attachment you find xml corrected file for import.
also please download last free BookLibrary version and change on yours host file "booklibrary.class.review.php" from that version
At folder: {Yours host}/components/com_booklibrary/
For correct work XML export
