How can I assign a book to multiple categories? I bought the pro version because it seemed as if that was possible, but I do not see that possibility now. This is a HUGE need for me with my site...

Sorry, for now that impossible - for that will need rebuild very much.
If you agree - you can orde custom version through this site "Contact" form
