hi
1-how can i RTL category view? i want title at right
2- search page looked bad in rtl. how can i change the search layout?
3- i disabled rating but rating shows on book view page. i want to disable some items on book view layout. for example authors etc. how?

Component not checked for RTL, ordinary that enabled in joomla core - depend from your language.
If you need rebuild view, all view for Book library - you may find at {site}/cpomponent/com_booklibrary/views/
