Is there an easy way to add custom book fields?

My client has a library file that they want to import, but it has several fields that aren't in BookLibrary. Many of the periodicals are limited-run books, pamphlets and other items specific to their organization (stamp collectors).

Their current organization scheme relies on call numbers (similar to Dewey Decimal numbers) with some additional classifications. Many of the books do not have ISBN numbers associated with them.

Here is a list of the fields that I'm working with.
Call No Author Title Medium Edition Responsibility Place Publisher Date Physical description Series Abstract Notes Contents Subject ISBN LC number ISSN GPO Holdings

What would be the best way to import these? Any other suggestions?

Sorry for late reply, yesterday we had day off.
To make import with custom fields you have to add these custom fields to Book Library component, change structure of XML file and finally import your file into Book Library.
This could be done as custom work.
