Is there a way to change what is displayed as part of the "Buy Now" link which interfaces into Virtuemart?

At the moment it is a picture of a shopping cart with "Buy Now" on it; I want to customise this to be more in line with the store itself

It is possible like customization service.

Now there is no such options.
