Hello, I got your message earlier.

You used the wrong pw again today and got locked out. I cleared that and re-sent you all the (same) settings by your online form. They are identical to last week. Please use these settings and not those from last year. However, the only thing different from last year is the password. I suggest copy and paste the password.

I resent the information about 2.5hrs ago and also replied to your email.

I also re-tested login again and it is definitely okay every time for me.

Ukraine is also temporarily allowed by the firewall.

Hello, I checked the logs and today you used the same pw as the user name. But that is not what I sent you (three times now). Last week it was once the same pw used as user name and twice the password from last year.

Perhaps you could confirm that you ARE receiving the information which I have been sending using your online form which is what you have requested.

Is there something wrong with the online form in the forum?

Anyway I must go to bed now (Australia0 and hope you are able to login okay over my night time.
