BookLibary Component Support

Hi there.

I've got two installs of booklibrary 2.1 ... one on Joomla 1.5 and one on 1.7 (future upgrade site). The XML import is working on neither of them. It seems to export just fine... but the import fails to do anything and the results page shows the headers but no books are imported. Even doing and export/import in the same version of Joomla fails. My web server was switched by the host recently...so is it possible I am now missing a PHP extension? If so.. which one might be the culprit?

Import/export in every version must work !

Import from old version to new - may work may not - we not did full check for that, because from version to version we may change database.
Ordinary that work for every next version, but for now was changed not only ours component was changed Joomla

can you send yours book library versions number for joomla 1.5 and for Joomla 1.6
And please attach files with books import for both version - and we wil ltry check where error.

My old booklibrary is 2.0 running on Joomla 1.5.23

My new booklibrary is 2.1 running on Joomla 1.6.1.... hmmm...let me update to 1.7 and then try again.

well, updating to 1.7 didn't work.
I'll attach a small sample file that I'm trying to import

First please validate yours XML file.
You may do that e.g. if will open yours file with help FireFox.

In yours file you have ampersand at 650 row - Please remove it and for you all will work
