Fetching information from Amazon.com not working 7 Years, 5 Months ago
Karma: 0
Hello!
After configuring the component, (v 3.6.16 Pro), and adding new books manually on the backend, while fetching information from Amazon.com, the title and description can't save or are not added. The same is valid for the buy from link. The fields data are not saved. The frontend does not show the title or the pic...
Could you please let me know what I should look for?
Thanks

Hello Roman
I had seeing a similar issue where Fetching Information from amazon webservice which was working fine earlier but stopped working. The item gets added without an item description.
Are the following still valid within Ordasoft ?
Your Amazon Associate tag: orda-20
Amazon AWSAccessKeyId: AKIAIW---N3----TN3XQ
To recreate the issue please login to the following site with a use account (gmail, Linkedin or Facebook)
1. dixwix.com
2. Create a group
3. Add a item within the group
4. Add Amazon ISBN/AISN number : B00EXTVU26
5. Select Language as English & Save.
6. Click My groups - Select the group - item show without the item description.

I am having the same issue. I am getting "Bad path image file" when I try and do a refetch (because when I added in the ISBN nothing pulled). It was working about 3 weeks ago (last time I tried). I had not upgraded anything since that time. Today I installed the latest version of the BookLibrary component to see if that would fix the issue, it did not.
