Farsi Category name error

Hi All,

I installed OS booklibrary free version and using farsi language for it, but when I creating category and type its name in Farsi language, in front when I click on a book, it give error. but when I input English category name it's OK.

Please in file
{your site}/components/com_booklibrary/router.php

at every
"JFilterOutput:tringURLSafe"

replace to ""

Please backup your file first
