BookLibary Component Support

Buenas tardes:

Estoy utilizando joomla 1.5.23, en donde instale booklibrary com_booklibrary_BASIC_2_0_2012_01_15.

Funciona bien, hace lo que se necesita y aqui vienen las inquietudes:

1. En el backend cuando voy a responder al correo no me "despacha" la respuesta... me abre Microsoft outlook, la idea es que responda por el mismo joomla para no depender de otros programas.

2. Seria mejor si al aceptar o rechazar la solicitud, el componente automaticamente responda al solicitante la respuesta a la solicitud (acepto/rechazo).

3. Se tiene claridad del numero de visitas por libro, pero no se tiene el numero del mismo libro que se tienen para prestamo, sería importante tener ese control para no incurrir en errores.

4. La "Biblioteca Virtual" se implementa para colegios, se requiere que al diligenciar el formato de prestamo la informacion no se llene.... la traiga. Como? cuando el usuario se firma debe traer el id del solicitante, el nombre del id solicitante, el correo electronico, la direccion postal, el adulto registrado responsable (si es alumno), el curso y cargo del solicitante (grado 802 cargo : alumno, profesor, coordinador, rector).

5. Como hacer para que este componente traiga embebida la opcion de control de firma (login)

Para tales objetivos requiero me expliquen como crear, modificar, solicitar la actualizacion de estos controles o módulos...

Please check Book library software features compare. There are exist options what can help for you resolve some thing.

Some thing what you ask require component rebuild. That you may do or self or hire us(with help request to OrdaSoft support form). Book library software - open source, so you may hire any body for change some thing

it work good, it made the neccesary, now my requierements:

1. in backend in lend request when i try to respond it open Microsoft Outook, the idea is then the email was generadted by joomla no others.

2. Will be better if the accept o reject request, the comoponent send an automatic answer example "your request was rejected...sorry try soon", or "Please confirm when you can take the book"

3. I have the n umber of hits by book but i think is necesary the inventory of books to lend. i think is inmportan to control the books and the lend by books, therefore you lend only the strict number of books.

4. i'm trying to install "booklibrary" for scdhools and colleges, now well the idea is to change the lend form with specific information for example, the user have to be sign and the information in the lend form have to be, ID, name, email, postal address, the responsible(for students), the garde, and the position (grade 802 position: student, teacher, inspector, principal, etc)

5. Haow can implement the fogin form to the component.

Please i need how to create, modify, or made the requierements

That because yours mail client configured so.
In Pro version, you may configure Book library software send to client email messages with yours "lend request" replyu status

Not understand what you mean. But please check Lend process, now every user see when some book lent out and can send Lend request to other time span and admin can manage book rent from admin part

Look like for that need extend ours Book library soft, you may do that self (Book library open source product) or you may order that from us with help Ordasoft Support form

5. How can implement the fogin form to the component.
When you create Menu in Joomla menu manager to Book Library and set for it access only for registered users

If You need com custom =version book library with some new features - please write to Book Library support form
