Hello,
I need full details error what you see.
Ordinary problems may be - if some body manual change file/folder permissions on yours server.
Also error may in Pro version size. If you try install it to local host - you need high max_upload_file variable in yours php.ini file.
By default that value set as 2 mb, but pro version real estate manager software has more 2mb size
