BookLibary Component Support

I can't import XML files but I'm not getting any error message either. Simply nothing happens. Thinking it was my XML file, I exported Sample Data then tried to import. Same results, nothing. I found a thread about XML at Joomla Developer: [20091103] - Core - XML File Read Issue. Could this be my problem? If so, "lines 35-39 contain example code that will deny access to XML files. You can incorporate this code ...". Code? What code?

Thank you. I just sent you login information. Also, I tested on localhost using Joomla 1.5.8 with default Joomla Sample Data and no other component. Same results. I can export XML but not import BookLibrary Sample Data.

The XML file was created by BookSystems Concourse. I have 5,000 books to import and would very much appreicate getting this to work. It looks like a great Joomla component if I can get it to work! Thanks again, Nancy

I'm having problem with exporting in xml file! I'm trying to reorganize my categories, and it doesn't allow me to do that, so I need to do exports of current categories, and after that to import them, but when I try to export the xml file content is:

Please download free version BookLibrary

Take from it file admin.booklibrary.class.impexp.php

And change that file on yours site at folder
{yours site}/administrator/components/com_booklibrary/

If that not help. Please send yours site or yours demo site - admin account - through Contact form - and we will try check where error.
