You may check your amazon access settings in BookLibrary:ettings. If you use unequal keys

Please write about this to amzon support center
console.aws.amazon.com/support/home

I did not find a solution, per se, but did find the following report about this problem.

www.wp-amazon-plugin.com/2019/15141/why-...-current-grievances/

This makes it difficult for me to use Book Library. My plan was to insert all of the ISBNs, have Amazon fill in the data, and then collect affiliate sales on the books. If I have to manually enter 100s of books and their information, this would be very time-consuming.

Not happy.

Hello

As you see
On 23 January 2019 Amazon activated an update of its Efficiency Guidelines. It says: “…the request limit for each account is calculated based on revenue performance attributed to calls to the Product Advertising API (PA API) during the last 30 days.” And further: “Each account used for Product Advertising API is allowed an initial usage limit of 8640 requests per day (TPD) subject to a maximum of 1 request per second (TPS).”

I not think you have so many request in BookLibrary - this limit for very big sites.

For Use BookLibrary - you must create Amazon account, Because this I ask to you: "Please write to Amazon support".

And we will very happy, if you write there solution(When Amzon fixed this)

I'm not sure why, but I received a feedback form after complaining to KDP about "submitting requests too quickly." I got the following reply, but don't really know how it helps me. It's a bit over my head. Maybe it will be helpful to others:

We recently received feedback from you about the Signing AWS API Requests page in the AWS documentation. Your comment was this:

I am getting a faultcode but I don't see documentation to correct it. Says I am "submitting requests too quickly" (but I only submitted one!) Not sure what to do. Just using an API key in my Joomla software.

What are you trying to do?

I’m sorry that you’re having trouble finding the information you need.

Did you know we already have tools in C++, Go, Java, Javascript, .NET, PHP, Python, and Ruby to use AWS Services. You can learn more under SDKs & Toolkits on the AWS Documentation page.

Since Joomla is made in PHP, I would encourage you to try using the AWS SDK for PHP. Depending on the AWS Service you need to use, you can get support directly with the service or contact the AWS SDK for PHP directly by creating an issue at github.com/aws/aws-sdk-php/issues.

Good luck with your project!

Thanks for taking the time to send us feedback!
