BookLibary Component Support

Hi

I've no success to create a working XML-File for importing books via xls-Data.

Is there friendly helper who wants to provide me an example XML-File, where I've the possibilty to enter x-number of books?

I am using Joomla 2.5 and - at the moment - the booklibrary version 2.2 basic - looking forward to buy the pro-version....

Hello,

You need add some books in Book library - and did these books XML export. After that please check file format - and create self file format with books for Book library exactly as you take at export time.

ty for fast answering! Well, I've allready tried this way:

- inserting some books manually in bookslibrary
- export XML file


Now, I have some books (800) in an Excelfile. I want to add this data into the exported XML-file.

OK, following is more based on the Excel-side, but maybe you've an idea what is wrong in my doing, or you know a better way...:

In Excel I've imported the exported XML-file as source - e.g. 5 books. Now I am able to enter further data into the sheet and I am saving this as is as a XML (Data) file an want to import this into bookslibrary.

After the import, bookslibrary shows me only the already inserted 5 books and not the additional data?!

I will very pleased if you'll provide me a possible solution.

I am sorry I now rechecked XML import/export in book library - for me all good.
If you say for yours 5 books - also all good.

You need recheck these 5 books format - and create yours new data in exactly so format !
And for you all will good.

You may send tu as custom request for book import - and we will do that self.
