BookLibary Component Support

I paid for the Book library pro, since it comes with restrictions on number of downloads. Everytime i started downloading it, I got a message saying, download interupted and stopped. I tried this 3 times, and finally I got an error message saying I cant download since have exhausted the number of times. Can someone help me here.

I have written an email to get any guide on how to get new access to download, and i have not received a responce yet.

someone respond please, I paid for component because I needed to use it seriously. But now I cant do anything.
