I found the file booklibrary.html.php and tried to remove the ISBN and Page Numbers fields and am unable to do so. Do you offer custom coding and if so, what is your rate?

Any custom requests please send to OrdaSoft contact form, please give full details what exactly will need do.
Do you will need remove thse field only from frontend or from full component, do you need rebuild search and import/export
What version you have - or wish have
