BookLibary Component Support

I would like to purchase this product but need a low risk solution. The free version functionality is great.

I would like to allow my library administrators access to the component on the BACK END but would like to restrict their access to just the component and not expose/confuse them with all of the other Joomla components. I planned to do this with the standard Joomla functionality to create a group and assign back end access to just this component. The component is not listed in the drop down list of components to allow permissions. Why isn’t it listed? How can I do that?

Alternatively can the Admin do these things from the front end?

Add new books?
Approve lend requests?
Check out a book on behalf of another user (drop down list)?

We not have access permissions to booklibrary backend, Our concept: admin may do any thing.

In pro version, admin may permit users from frontend

-Add new books

Here is the clarification. Our users don’t always send us lend requests to approve. Often our users either don’t use the internet or just pick up a book and say they would like to borrow it. So we would like to allow them to take the book and the Admin person logs in ideally from the front end, clicks on the book and selects a persons name from the “Lend to” drop down list. That book is no longer available. Do you allow this on the front end (Pro version)?
