Hello.
I've added e-book by this scenario:
1. E-book is quite big, therefore I uploaded it via FTP.
2. When adding e-book I specified relative URL in e-book URL field, i.e. /tradicija/biblioteka/knygos/my-book.pdf
3. Saved book.
It appears that link is dead - after clicking it in front-end I'm presented with error "File not found or inaccessible!".
That's ok - I managed to create correct link by specifying absolute link to PDF.
But the problem is that I can't delete the first, incorrect link - I select checkbox "Delete e-book", but after saving book it remains and is not removed. Additionaly, it can be seen that absolute link remained unchanged, while relative link was somehow changed to "components/com_booklibrary/ebooks//tradicija/biblioteka/e-knygos/Kuraitis_Ontologija_t_1_1931.pdf"
From this path I can understand that manually uploaded e-books should be placed in "components/com_booklibrary/ebooks/" and then it should work, but I think nevertheless it should be possible to remove wrong e-book link from the list.

sorry, impossible fore cast how client may wish use our [ur=https://ordasoft.com/book-libraryl]Joomla books[/url] component
we have only 2 ways
1. You upload ebook as file, so, when you delete this, we can remove as record in DataBase connected to this book in Books website and remove self file with eBook
2. You upload ebook as link some like: booklibrary.org/hew-year-book.pdf, so, when you delete this, we can remove only record in DataBase connected to this book in Books website and we can't remove self file with eBook - because we think this another website.

I guess removing only record in DB would do at the very least.
If link is "dead" (which is possible to check, at least local link) there is no sense to keep it.
And in any case, if "Delete e-book" does nothing, what's the purpose of it?
On my part I deleted in manually in DB, but doing it directly while editing book is more logical.
