BookLibary Component Support

I made a request via the support section on the website, but no reply from anybody till now .
Below is the request i've sent to them:


Dear support,

I want to ask for an addition to the BookLibrary component, which should provide something like a button on each query generated by BookLibrary to export the search result to an EXCEL file.

Please note that i want the exported file in XLS format and compatible with Arabic language encoding.

Please tell me if you need any further clarifications. And provide me with the cost and time need for completing the plugin.

If you checked sup[port form, you saw: we work from " Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 18:00 (GMT+2), we will make every effort to respond to your queries within 12 – 24 hours.", and w take many emails.

for now you may from book library backend do export in CSV format, and after that import that file to Exel
