Thanks. I will try to get some more information. It's true, without a book-id the post will not be shown at the front-end, but many posts do have a book-id. So, it is still a problem.

As you suggested I have hided the option to add reviews from the front-end. Then no new spam posts appear. As soon as I activate the option again the spam posts return.

So, apparently the posts come from the front-end, but that brings up the next questions:
- how is it possible that many posts are added whithout a book-id?
- why doesn't the captcha block these posts? They have to be added automatically because some have exactly the same timestamp.

I hope you can help me to solve this problem.

There are very much tools what help go through capctha/ Ordinary that work as download for some site. When for download some file - for you propose fill capcha from other site.

We try reproduce that error and can't/

There problems with fk_bookid. for fill review for fk_bookid == 0, there are must exist book with ID == 0.
Please check that,

I do not understand what you mean with this remarkt about captcha.

I checked the book table, but there is no book with id==0!

If you haven't id== 0, spam lost sens.

All look like spam add some robot, but we not know how reproduce that.
If you will can reproduce - please write.
