Hello,

Not full understand what you need,

If you need rename component BookLibrary - you may do that in booklibrary XML file before install.

Where you may rename Name in current installed component - I not know, because that core joomla features, i may not rename that at some place - and all will stop work.

And any way if you will move to database for some component rename - first please do database backup
