Ok, I really need some help with this, what my host did only patched it. I'm back to the booklibrary script using so much resources it's bogging my whole server down. Here's the latest response from my host:

| 1 | utscc_utscc | localhost | utscc_jo25 | Query | 1 | storing result in query cache | SELECT blc.id, blc.name, bc.catid, blc.parent_id FROM jo25_booklibrary_main_categories AS blc LEFT |

That query appears to be doing quite a bit, and is causing MySQL to churn the disk drives and use all CPU on the server.

Any clue? Should I try reinstalling the script? Is it a setting in the back end or front end? Is it in the books themselves and I should delete them and start over? I have 4,449 rows in the main table.

Please help!

Why you not use SQL request what you took from site support?

We need full request (not only some part)

Can you give top us admin / ftp / and database access to yours site - with that we will can check where error.
Yours site access you may send with help ordasoft support form

I'm trying to work on this myself since support seems to be having a problem getting to my site.........I did a full XML export, removed the component, reinstalled the component......Went to import full XML file and get these errors, no books are importing:

I am sorry, very difficult understand what you mean. Before you say about slide show errors ?!

Why you do full import/export ?!

What version you use before what version you use now ?

Please create one book please do export that book, please remove it and do import for that book.
Do you see some errors ?

Please compare export file for that one book and yours old XML file. Please check what bad in yours firs file.

slide show???? I did the export trying to fix the slow down and crashes this is causing my server! I did the export and import on the same version 2.2 pro dated 20 August 2012. It exported with no errors but will not import! I can email you the xml file if you like.
