I'm working with the book library pro french version.
I have some issues with the "multiple" refetching informations from amazon.fr
When I refetch informations editing one book at a time it's working
but when I want to refetch informations with the Refetch Information button on the top bar I have an error :

faultcode: AWS.InvalidParameterValue, faultstring: 9782818923245_ is not a valid value for ItemId. Please change this value and retry your request.

and for all books I have the same error.

I can't understand why it's working with the editing methode and not with the Refetch Information button.

Can you help me please find the solution ? Thank you for all your great work.

Please recheck how you do refetch info. When you do refetch - you try take all infor for all book from one Amazon server default amazon.com !

as example I can find yours book only on amazon.de, on amazon.com - that book not exist, so will return yours error,

thank you for the answer.

With the two methods I use the amazon.fr server. It's why I don't understand because when I refetch info with the editing method it's work very well.
When I select books and refetch informations, I select Amazon.fr and click the top bar button. And when I do that I have the error.

Sorry to disturb again but I can't find a solution to my problem

You need select amazon.fr server - only for books what you took from amazon.fr.
For other books - if they not exist on amazon.fr server - you will see that error,

Or need rebuild refetch algorithm

all books are from amazon.fr

But I observed that it doesn't work only when I put in my CSV file just the ID and ISBN.
When I put the title and the author in my CSV file, the refetch works.

I don't know why but it's the only solution that I have
