BookLibary Component Support

I'm on version 2.2 Pro on Joomla 2.5.14.

Installed the component on our internal Intranet and set up the Categories. Created a single record and then created a Hidden Menu item that points to the Category Listing of Book Library (index.php?option=com_booklibrary&view=categories&layout=categories). When I go to the url the top of the page lists this error message:
Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in /var/www/components/com_booklibrary/router.php on line 21

If I click on the Category listing that has a record in it I get a 404 Not Found error:

The requested URL /Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in /var/www/components/com_booklibrary/router.php on line 21(INTERNAL IP ADDRESS)/index.php/component/booklibrary/0/showCategory/57/Costumes was not found on this server.

Apache/2.2.20 (Ubuntu) Server

I've removed the Internal IP address of the box in the URL.

Tried searching on the record I added and it didn't show up.

What you mean under "Hidden Menu item" ?

When you add some component in Joomla- and you wish access to that component from frontend - IMPORTANT has public menu to that component, Other possible many different error

Please turn on in Joomla global setting error show to none - with that I think - your link will start work.
But any way you need create public menu item to BookLibrary

Thanks for the reply - adding it to a public menu seems to have fixed it.
