BookLibary Component Support

Dear all,

i am a completly new user. i installed the booklibrary pro (downloaded current version after successfull payment). i added my amazon-data and then i created 2 categories.

in one of those categories i tried to create a book. i filled in book-id with "1", filled in ISBN10 with "3442369649", selected categorie and amazon-service amazon.de and wanted to sace the book.

i also tried it with isbn13 from this book: Link: link.

But it is not possible to save the book because of following error-message:



i makes no different if i try it with isbn10 or isbn13, i also tried with other books, always the same error. please help !

Please check yours ISBN "3442369649" you need use ISBN without any blank sings like "3442369649 "

If that not resolve yours error please send super admin account info to yours site and we will check where error.

i dont know why or what really happend but today i tried same book again and its working.
